Since the launch for our Hosted Video Desktop Conferencing Solution we've had a number of questions posted to DesktopConferencing@newtonit.co.uk please find the answers to these questions below:
What is the installation process?
One we've finalised the number of users Newton IT will generate a user name and password for each of the users. This process will take 24 hours. The user name and passwords will only be sent to the IT manager (or the designed member of staff managing the install process).
A small downloadable file with download instructions will also be email to the IT manager (or the designed member of staff) and by using the simple set-up instructions the Desktop Conferencing Solution will be up and running, ready to use. This process will only take a maximum of 5 minutes.
Plug your recommended GN2000 Headset and Logitech Pro 9000 camera, there will be a set-up CD provided for the camera, please follow the instruction by clicking NEXT all the way.
The camera and headset will be picked up by the Desktop Conferencing solution automatically.

After this process is complete you'll be ready to make your first conference call.
What is the length of the contract?
The length of the contract is 12 month and terms and conditions are available on request on sales@newtonit.co.uk
Is there a FREE TRIAL?
